We're so happy you chose OT Bay Builders to make your house more like a home. The first step in our process is meeting with you on property to better understand your requirements, vision, and scope out the work that needs to be done to get you there!

Phase 2

Plan & Strategy
After making a list of all your requirements, we will come up with a strategy to fit your budget, desires, and timelines. We do our absolute best to provide you with a realistic plan as well as make the needed adjustments according to your request.

Phase 3

Design
Once the timelines and general plan are approved, we move on to the exciting part! We're with you every step of the way, from choosing colors, materials, layouts, and virtually every small detail about your remodeling all the way to creating a 3D model rendering for you to see how it all comes together!

Phase 4

Approval
Now that a plan is set and you've approved the proposal for your home remodeling, it's time to start working. Our first step as a licensed remodeling company is taking care of all the approvals needed from the local authorities.

Phase 5

Build & Remodel
Congratulations! It's finally time to start working on-site and making your dreams come true. Your project manager will ensure everything is running on time and within schedule along with securing the property and keeping you informed throughout the whole process.
